• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once the item has been received by our team, we will process the return and issue a refund in the original payment method used for purchase.

• Refunds and returns are not accepted for gift cards or downloadable products.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders within the Canada and the US for our first year service in 2023. We will charge shipping fees from Janaury 01, 2024. 

Order Processing Time: We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days. 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order online.
